P-Millz is a song writer, producer and A&R with over 15 years of experience. P started his journey into music at the very young age of 11. After working several odd jobs, he came to the realization that music and entertainment was his passion which led him to intern with several small labels while working with both local and major artists as a ghost writer.

Music has always been a passion of mine and I love watching new artists grow and work hard to make their dreams a reality. Put in the work and doors will open. – P. Millz

D-Mac is a songwriter, producer, screenwriter and engineer with over 20 years of experience under his belt. Mac began his journey in music in the early 2000s and hasn’t looked back. Even though he wears many hats, he prides himself as an engineer capable of working with any recording software from Ableton to Protools. He also enjoys assisting artist with song structure and mix quality.

You don’t want to go into this half-assed. You really don’t. If you’re an artist and you’re serious about making this a career, try your best to do things the right way and take it a step at a time. In other words, don’t rush the process. – D. Mac

J-Ro is a songwriter, screenwriter, producer and graphic designer with over 5 years of experience as a graphic designer and over 10 years as a song and screenwriter. J has worked with many celebrities like 2-Chainz and Ethan Hawke to name a few. J continues to impress with his amazing concepts, ideas and tenacity to get the job done.

DJ Chill is a nationally known DJ and radio personality. He’s also the owner of Vibing 102.3 Moore Music Radio (MMR) and a proud member of the Fleet DJ Coalition. Chill has been in the business for over 25 years and has an amazing ear for music. As a DJ, he’s worked with some of the heaviest hitters in the game and continues to play a prominent role in the industry as a whole.

DJ Lenz is a former A&R, DJ, producer and founder of Major League Entertainment. Lenz has over 20 years of experience in production and music management but also has a trained ear for identifying key elements of a mix. To top things off, his feedback is always to the point which makes him perfect for assisting any artist that’s looking for honest and reliable feedback.

With a passion for both creating a critiquing music, Tequila has been a force behind the scenes resulting in her winning numerous awards for her work with Vibing 102.3 MMR and the Fleet DJ Coalition..which is currently one of the biggest DJ Coalitions in the world.
